Heart sky

your heart 
has its own sky,
vast
with perfect horizons
of these eyes.
i have often seen
love
laugh and shine
in this happy sky;
it is a sun
with infinite brilliance
and a desire to just
give.
Why let
thought-clouds
pilfer away
a perfectly sunny
day?
